We had a last minute overbooking and had our guests go there last minute. Laura and staff were so accomdating, finding us a great room and arranging for a late check in. Right on the beach! Classic Florida motel in a sea of condos.

Right on the beach, extremely nice private beach area. Plenty of chairs/lounges to enjoy the beach, sunsets, etc. Pool was nice, but it is a saltwater pool, which was stated on their website. The staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The rim had a fantastic view of the ocean and was very large, basically a studio apartment.

Beautiful quite beach, lots of extra chairs , sand toys, etc you could borrow to take out to the beach. The beds were super comfy

Location excellent. Access to Beach was SUPERB! Beach was stunning. Very well run....clean, quiet, comfortable & safe. Will most definitely be back & sorry we couldn't stay longer this time.

Unique location, as one of the very few motels at Gulf Blvd/Belleair Beach, which is directly situated at the beach; 1 free parking/room; kitchen w toaster, coffee machine etc.; appropriate furniture, lot of towels; nice pool; quiet; friendly owner/manager. Nice restaurants and food stores within 3-5 mi; only 8 mi to Clearwater Beach.

We loved everything about it! The location was perfect away from the crowds in Clearwater. It was quiet, had a nice beach, had a nice pool area, and was very clean. Shout out to Laura at the desk. She was awesome!!!! We were celebrating our 50th birthdays on a girlfriend trip and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!!!

Everything was great. Easy for shopping and places to eat. Gulf just steps away nice pool, rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

Staff was extremely friendly great quiet place to stay for some down time. We had to get to planned events and wish we could’ve enjoyed the amenities more. We wanted to stay on the gulf vs in Tampa. Best decision to stay here. Away from the heavy tourist area.
